Ephesians-2

Ephesians does not end with the heavenly blessings God has given us in Christ; those blessings are meant to become visible in the way we live on earth. In Ephesians 4–6, we are called to walk worthy of our calling through humility, gentleness, unity, spiritual maturity, love, purity, and continual filling with the Holy Spirit. That Spirit-filled life must then be demonstrated in our fellowship with other believers, in our marriages and homes, in our workplaces, and finally in our warfare against the powers of darkness. God is not merely building strong individual Christians—He is building the Body of Christ, a people whose life together displays His wisdom and power. The heavenly truth we have received must become a heavenly life lived here on earth.
