2 Corinthians-2

In 2 Corinthians, the Apostle Paul reveals the inner life of a true servant of God—an ambassador of Jesus Christ whose ambition is not personal success, recognition, or gain, but to please the Lord. His life demonstrates reverence for God, the controlling love of Christ, freedom from self-centered living, integrity in handling money, generosity toward those in need, purity of thought, faithfulness within the sphere God has appointed, wholehearted devotion to Christ, humility, and willingness to suffer. Drawing these truths together, this message presents twelve marks of an ambassador of Jesus Christ and challenges every believer who desires to serve God to examine not merely what he does for the Lord, but the character, motives, dependence, and devotion from which that service flows.

1 John 5:20

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
