Who is True

All That Jesus Taught-Lesson 72

All That Jesus Taught-Lesson 72

This study from Matthew 26 explores the final teachings of Jesus before His crucifixion, emphasizing faithfulness, spiritual readiness, sacrificial worship, and complete trust in God’s sovereignty. The message contrasts outward ministry with inward purity, showing that God values humility, love, and obedience more than impressive religious works. Through the account of the woman who anointed Jesus with costly perfume, believers are challenged to worship Christ sacrificially and seize opportunities to serve Him without delay. The lesson also highlights Judas Iscariot’s offense at correction and compares it with Peter’s humble response, revealing the danger of pride and bitterness. Above all, the study underscores the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God in Christ’s crucifixion, encouraging believers to rest confidently in God’s sovereign control over every trial, persecution, and circumstance of life.

1 John 5:20

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
