All That Jesus Taught-Lesson 24

In this study from Matthew 6:25-34, we examine Jesus’ repeated command not to be anxious and confront the common misconception that anxiety is merely a weakness rather than sin. Just as anger, lust, lying, revenge, and the love of money are condemned in the Sermon on the Mount, so too is anxiety. Jesus teaches that worry dishonors our Heavenly Father, who faithfully feeds the birds, clothes the lilies, and promises to care for His children. By seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, believers can live free from fear, debt, and worldly striving, trusting fully in God’s faithful provision. This message calls Christians to practical obedience, financial integrity, contentment, and unwavering trust in God’s fatherly care.
