All That Jesus Taught-Lesson 10

In this continuation of our study on All That Jesus Taught, we examine Matthew 28:20 and clarify that Jesus did not command believers to replicate His healing ministry, but to teach disciples to obey everything He commanded. By comparing Matthew 10, Mark 16, Luke 22, and John 14, we see that Christ distinguished between His unique ministry and the universal call to obedience. While miracles confirmed His identity as the Son of God, the true work of believers in the New Covenant is to do the will of the Father, follow Christ in life—not merely in ministry—and build the Body of Christ through disciple-making. The greater work today is not mass healing campaigns, but forming obedient disciples who live in unity by the power of the Holy Spirit.
